Details are included of many different types of camps and courses in Dublin and all over Ireland. There are multi-activity camps that include a range of field sports, water sports, and also drama, arts and crafts etc. There are separate sports camps for basketball, hockey, tennis, rugby, football and soccer and camps dedicated to water sports. Also included are camps for cookery, dress designing, dance, ballet and music. There are water sports camps, horse riding and wildlife camps. Exchange programmes to European countries for those that want to improve their French, German etc. and summer language courses for those that want to stay at home. Irish and English language summer courses are also included as are computer courses.

At the back of the book you will find tables containing venues and dates for GAA and soccer camps. Reference to these tables is made under the relevant sections in the body of the text.
